These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 66xz platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out on this page. Please read carefully before proceeding.

One Account Per Player

Governing Terms

1. General Terms

66xz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the 66xz platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Any reference to "the platform" includes all pages, features, products, promotional materials, and services available under the 66xz brand, including any mobile or progressive web application through which 66xz services may be accessed. These Terms apply regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the 66xz platform.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms or bonus-specific terms published elsewhere on the platform, the more specific terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that promotion or bonus, and these General Terms shall govern all other matters.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on the 66xz platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the 66xz platform or any affiliated platform.
- You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 66xz, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and decisions on the platform.
- You are not included on any government, regulatory, or industry self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
66xz reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time for the purpose of confirming age and eligibility. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to eligibility failure will be handled in accordance with our verification and fraud prevention procedures.
If you become aware that a person under the age of 18 has access to a 66xz account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We take underage access extremely seriously and will take immediate action to investigate and close any account believed to be held or used by a minor.
66xz makes use of industry-standard age and identity verification tools. These checks may be performed at registration, at the time of a first withdrawal request, or at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Age verification is a non-negotiable requirement and cannot be waived.
3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 66xz platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses claimed or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided at the sole discretion of 66xz.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change. 66xz will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 66xz support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
66xz uses one-time password (OTP) authentication as an additional layer of security during login and withdrawal processes. You are required to keep your registered mobile number active and accessible for the purpose of receiving OTP messages. 66xz will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain access to the registered mobile number.
- Registration is free of charge. 66xz does not charge any fee for creating an account.
- You must not register an account using a false identity, a fictitious name, or another person's personal information.
- Accounts registered using VPN services, proxy servers, or other IP masking tools may be flagged for additional verification.
- 66xz reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
66xz supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for players based in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at any time. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your 66xz account.
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are credited to your account balance instantly in the case of mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card transactions may be subject to processing delays depending on the issuing bank. 66xz does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 66xz accepts no liability.
The minimum deposit amount at 66xz is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts; however, limits may apply to specific payment methods or may be adjusted by 66xz as part of a promotional offer or risk management measure. You will be notified if any limit applies to your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–10 minutes during normal operating hours. Requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows or during periods of exceptionally high volume may take longer. 66xz reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This may require you to submit identity or source-of-funds documentation.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your 66xz account, unless otherwise approved by the 66xz finance team.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified standard accounts.
- You must not deposit funds from a source that is not legally yours to use. 66xz may request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
- Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you have deposited an unintended amount.
- 66xz does not accept third-party payments. The name on your payment account must match the name on your 66xz account.
Any funds deposited on the 66xz platform are held separately from 66xz operational funds. Player balances are maintained in dedicated accounts and are not used for any operating expense of 66xz. This segregation of funds is a core part of our commitment to player safety.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
66xz periodically offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other occasions). The availability, value, and terms of promotions are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
The 66xz welcome bonus offers up to ৳20,000 in bonus funds to new players. The exact bonus amount is determined by the value of your qualifying first deposit. To qualify, you must opt in to the welcome bonus during registration or at the point of your first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to new players only; one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address applies.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the terms of that promotion. Wagering requirements at 66xz range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements may vary — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino game categories may contribute at a lower rate.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not part of your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully met.
- If you wish to withdraw your real-money balance before completing a bonus wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting) after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are voided. The expiry date is stated in each promotion's terms.
- 66xz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or reverse any bonus-related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
- Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional bonus offers but may still claim any publicly listed standard promotions by contacting support.
66xz employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to cover all outcomes (bonus arbitrage); placing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; and coordinating with other players to share bonus outcomes. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended and all associated balances voided.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the 66xz platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of 66xz complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66xz platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension without prior notice:
- Fraud and deception: Providing false information at registration, impersonating another person, or attempting to deceive 66xz or other players in any way.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or deliberately losing bets to benefit a connected account.
- Cheating software: Using or attempting to use bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to give you an unfair advantage in any game offered on the 66xz platform.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical fault, software error, pricing error, or display error in the 66xz platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Money laundering: Using the 66xz platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or converting the proceeds of criminal activity. 66xz complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
- Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, racist, sexist, or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour toward 66xz staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, and WhatsApp.
- Chargebacks: Filing a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first raising the dispute with 66xz support. Chargeback abuse will result in account closure and recovery proceedings.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one 66xz account, including under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method.
66xz monitors all account activity continuously using automated fraud detection systems supplemented by manual review. Where a breach of these obligations is identified or suspected, 66xz reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, reverse recent transactions, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate. 66xz will not be liable for any losses suffered by a player whose account has been suspended for legitimate security or compliance reasons.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
You may close your 66xz account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 66xz will process the closure within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, provided that all verification requirements have been satisfied.
66xz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- A breach of any of the Terms set out on this page.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.
- Account inactivity — an account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months may be classed as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee or closure. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
- At the request of the account holder for self-exclusion or responsible gaming purposes.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be voided in full. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player within 10 business days.
Players who have self-excluded from the 66xz platform may not create a new account during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under different details is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66xz, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the 66xz platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- The outcome of any bet, wager, or game played on the platform.
- Any technical failure, system downtime, internet connectivity interruption, or device malfunction that prevents you from placing or settling a bet.
- Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal transaction caused by a third-party payment provider.
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by a system error, provided that 66xz takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.
- Any changes to the availability of specific games, markets, or payment methods on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 66xz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any form of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 66xz. These exclusions apply to the extent permitted by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
The 66xz platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain platform availability at all times and invest heavily in infrastructure to support this, 66xz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability, and 66xz will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
All disputes regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, or account transaction must be raised with the 66xz support team within 30 days of the event in question. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted. 66xz's decision on all disputes, made in good faith following review of the relevant account data and system logs, shall be final and binding.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by the 66xz support team shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in any applicable regulatory framework under which 66xz operates.
